Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about getting your pots to you.
Shipping
- We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
- Standard shipping is £3.99 per order.
- Orders over £40 qualify for free shipping.
- Orders are printed on demand and typically dispatched within 5–7 working days.
- Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–3 working days via Royal Mail or DPD.
Every order is 3D printed fresh for you — we don't hold stock, so please allow a few extra days for your pots to be made.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email from Stripe when your payment is processed. We'll be in touch via email when your order has been dispatched with any tracking information.
Returns
- If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
- As each pot is printed to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check your colour and style choices before ordering.
- If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, please get in touch — we'll do our best to make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. You'll receive an email confirmation from Stripe once the refund has been issued.
